Analyze all the commission payments that are paid to Telarus to gauge their accuracy and ensure that payments are sent out to our partners in an accurate and timely manner. The Commission Analyst will aim to improve the commission flow from suppliers to partners. This position is based at our headquarters in Sandy, UT. 

Responsibilities:

Ensure payments from dozens of suppliers are processed and paid to hundreds of agents for thousands of customer contracts. Perform bulk supplier audits to catch errors and omissions and meet agent service level agreements. Upload commission data, research and respond to inquiries. Handle commission escalations. Create an environment of trust and positive communication. Become an expert in the telecom industry.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with salespeople or customers
• Accuracy and an eye for detail
• Aptitude for computer systems
• Intermediate or better experience with Excel
• Employee must maintain consistent communication with manager throughout his/her employment
• Display ability to think critically through issues to identify an appropriate solution
• Ethical and honest approach to work and workplace required
• Competency and experience working with numbers, percentages, and formulas
• Regular, consistent, predictable attendance is an essential job function
• Qualifying experience would include finance, accounting/bookkeeping, commissions, AR/AP processing or collections, etc.
